Who we are

Unless otherwise specified SevenG Pty Ltd, referred to in this document as "SevenG", and its subsidiary companies are the corporate, legal entities that publish 7G.

What is SevenG

SevenG is an Application Service Provider (ASP) and its product is 7G. The application provides a platform for registry solutions and account holdings.

How your data is used

SevenG is committed to protecting the privacy of all its Web site visitors. We do not share, sell, rent, trade or loan personal data to third parties for any purpose, but note that we may collect aggregate statistics for our own marketing research team. Any demographic information collected by SevenG is used only to tailor advertising to users while they are connected to the 7G service. SevenG abides by strict security protocols that limit access to internal information. SevenG restricts user information and has protocols that allow only specific employees to have access to the user database itself.

Web logs and cookies

SevenG does use cookies and may log IP addresses to analyze market trends and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Cookies are only used for the active session, once logged out, or the browser is closed, the cookies and its information is deleted. The Cookies store basic login information only, such as user name.

Accessing your personal data

It is possible for users to view and update their personal information. If, at any time, a user wishes to disable their account and the information therein, they should contact their administrator of the line of business they participate in via the internal messaging system.

Constant improvement

This privacy policy is under constant review, and may be modified and updated in the future. All changes will be done with the consent of each administrator for the lines of business. If a user has any issues with the privacy policy of SevenG, they should contact their administrator for the appropriate line of business.

Non-account related communications

SevenG does not contact users unless the communication is non-account and non-investment related. While a SevenG newsletter is generated from time to time to announce new features of 7G, 7G users can opt out either at the time of sign-up or on the receipt of the newsletter. SevenG will not answer account related questions from users.
